Setting

Sorry, but no concept art today. To draw more people here, I'll about the story.

This post will be about the setting and some of the plot.

By 4876, humanity has established itself as a stellar power. Their empire spans thousands of star systems 6,000 light years out from Sol, and they boast a population of about 1 trillion people. The new government of humanity is the Terran People's Stellar Empire, a militaristic monarchy established in 3398. They were the final result of a series of dictatorships established in the 1,000 years after the World War III. The TPSE is ruled by an elected monarch, whose rein lasts the extent of their life. While they're the major ruling force of humanity, every planet has its own government, which exerts its own level of power in the TPSE Council. This council meets in the Summit Tower in Great Britain every sixth months to manage humanity's extensive empire.

Now, the story takes place in the year 5012, following the events of a devastating discovery and decision made by the TPSE that all of humanity must pay now for.
